About Aquarium Care Notes

What this site is

Aquarium Care Notes publishes educational material about freshwater and saltwater aquariums: fish and invertebrate care, water chemistry, plants, equipment troubleshooting, and simple planning tools. Our goal is to help readers understand a problem, check the relevant facts, and make their own decisions for their own tanks.

How we handle sources

Guides may cite published husbandry references, manufacturer documentation, public data, and other third-party sources. Those sources are attributed and linked as external references, so you can check where a fact comes from.

Corrections and scope

Aquarium care guidance is general education, not veterinary diagnosis or a guarantee of a particular outcome. If a page needs a correction, the editorial record for that page is where changes are tracked.
